- We proudly offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and refund the remaining amount if you return the item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must not be damaged or show any visible signs of wear. We are also not responsible for return shipping costs or import/export fees incurred during the process.
We refuse to refund orders that do not meet our requirements. Of course, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we are happy to make adjustments where we can or provide a reasonable quote for service at your request.
